  1.   Always give the authorization to trustworthy persons.
  2. Write the date on the top right-hand side of the letter.
  3. Address the letter to the bank’s branch manager.
  4. Write your name and address details.
  5. Write the full name of the authorized person and your relationship with that person.
  6. Write the following details relating to the transaction.
