Tips to Write a Perfect Complaint Letter to Electricity Department
- Address the right person who has the power or authority to solve your problem. If you don’t know the designation then enquire at your electricity department office.
- Mention your service number, without service number electricity dept, can’t identify your problem. You can find your service number on your power bill.
- Attach required copies of bills and images if required.
- Don’t forget to mention your address in the complaint letter.
